  • It’s simple! You can fill out the contact form to let us know a few small details (your wedding date, which service(s) you require, etc.) and we quickly send you a detailed breakdown of our packages and options available.

  • We typically get back to you within 48 hours the time the inquiry has been sent. This includes weekdays & weekends

  • Yes! We do edit all of the images that are sent to our clients. Skin retouching, colour corrections and white balancing are always applied and included for all of our packages. We hold our work to high standards and want our couples looking their absolute best!

  • Yes, we do! We do require that travel and accommodation costs for the team are provided during our stay. More specifics would be discussed during our initial connection call to find what will work best for you.

  • A lot goes into capturing your wedding day and the work for our team continues after your big day. From processing your images correctly to polishing them so the they are as wonderful as possible, we make sure to deliver your final items between 2-4 months depending on the package selected.

  • Our teams vary in size based upon the services required. For example, a team of 3-4 professionals may be needed to provide sufficient coverage of your day if you select one of our full day photo + film bundle packages. All of these details would be outlined in our package breakdowns. We would also discuss it in depth during our Connect Call to suit your needs.

  • We always encourage that you connect with us to get the process started as soon as possible. Whether it’s selecting from our service packages or simply checking the availability of a specific date, getting things started is the best way to go.
